How long does it take to set and how long does it last?
More than you think. In gummies, the effect starts between 30 and 120 minutes, peaks at 2–3 hours, and can last 4 to 8 hours. In beverages, it's faster: 15–45 minutes to start and 2–4 hours of duration.
